What days do you deliver?
Depending on the area you live in, we deliver either on a Monday and Thursday morning or a Tuesday and Friday. Check our main Doorstep Delivery page for details.

How do I add to or change my order?
Orders can be amended by logging into your online account or contacting us through this website.
What time do you deliver your milk?
We deliver your milk overnight and aim to have all our deliveries done by 7am.

What products do you deliver and what are the prices?

Is there a minimum order?
No, we're happy to deliver a single pint: however do check out our full product list as we do have some great products.

What are the delivery costs?
We don't charge for delivery.

How do I pay for my doorstep delivery?
You'll need to set up a direct debit. Invoices are issued at the end of the month and payments will be taken 7 days after this. Please note that our direct debits are variable and you will only be charged for what you have had delivered.

How do I update my delivery instructions?
If you want to update your delivery instructions, please contact us and we will update your account.

What do I do if I move house and want to keep getting deliveries?
If we deliver to the area you are moving to, please contact us and we'll set up your new account and close down your old one. You'll need to pay off the final invoice for the old address.

What do I do if I'm going on holiday?
If you're going on holiday and want to pause your deliveries then you can do this via our online order portal.

How do I change my marketing preferences?
If you don’t want to receive marketing emails, you can do this on our online order portal or get in touch and we'll update your account for you.

Where does my milk come from?
Our milk is sourced from our original family farm in Grassington in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales along with a number of surrounding farms.

What do I do if I don’t receive my delivery?
Please contact us asap and we'll rectify the error. Most importantly, we'll look into what has happened to prevent it happening again.
